Notes/trivia[]

  • The adders and Anubis also make an appearance in the intro.
    • The adders slithering has a different background sequence in the intro, but the intro's background does appear in the show when Hadji tells the adders to head home.
    • The scenes of Anubis in the intro all appear to be direct lifts from the episode.
  • The adders do make an appearance in The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy in the episode Wishbones. They greatly resemble their appearance from the show.

Goofs[]

  • When Race kills the scorpion, Hadji says, "You got it!", but with Race's voice.
  • Dr. Quest seems to be paying no attention when Race is about to kill the scorpion.
  • During the scenes when the boys and Bandit ride on top of a truck on the caravan, Bandit's normally-black mask around his eyes has been left un-inked.
  • The adders are called poisonous when they're actually venomous. This is because venom works from the bite of an animal (like a snake) and poison works from an animal that got bitten (like a toad).
  • Normally, Anubis has a head resembling a jackal, while the snout is long. However, his face looks all humanoid, even his teeth.
