- The giant cave spider is described as poisonous. However, this is incorrect as it's venomous (like all spiders). Venom is a toxin that only works when injected by animals that bite or sting (scorpions, snakes, spiders, etc.), while poison is ingested, breathed in, or absorbed in the skin (toads, poison arrow frogs, blowfish, etc.)
- The toucan is capable of speech, but in real-life, toucans are incapable of speech, unlike parrots.
