Frank Welker is an American voice actor who has voiced various roles in multiple series of Jonny Quest, and notably voiced the recurring roles of Bandit and Dr. Jeremiah Surd in The Real Adventures of Jonny Quest.
Welker has had a prolific career. His best voice roles have included Megatron in the Transformers franchise including the live-action films, as well as Fred Jones and Scooby-Doo in the Scooby-Doo franchise.
