Simon 1 was the codename of the head henchman of Dr. Zin during his experiments on Mount Tahawa in Haiti.

Physical appearance

A tall, muscular balding Caucasian man in a sleeveless uniform.

History

When the base was destroyed under the orders of Haiti's governor, Simon 1 was taken into custody by the authorities.
